Gravitile — Privacy Policy

Effective date: 7th August 2026 · Developer: Liam Grant · Contact: liamjgrant@hotmail.com

The short version

Gravitile is a casual puzzle game. It has no accounts, no sign-in, and no chat. The game itself does not collect, store, or transmit your personal information to the developer. Your scores and progress are saved on your device and, if you use iCloud, synced between your own devices through your own iCloud account — the developer has no access to them. The only data processing connected to the app comes from advertising, described below.

Advertising

Gravitile is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob and its advertising partners. To serve and measure ads, these partners may collect device information such as advertising identifiers (e.g. Apple's IDFA, where you permit it), IP address, coarse location derived from IP, and interaction data with the ads shown. This collection is performed by the advertising providers, not by the developer, and is governed by their privacy policies:

Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
How Google uses advertising data: policies.google.com/technologies/ads

Your choices and consent

App Tracking Transparency (iOS): on Apple devices, Gravitile asks for your permission before any cross-app tracking identifier is used. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised using that identifier.

UK / EEA consent: if you are in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, a consent message is shown before personalised ads are served, where you can consent, refuse, or manage options. You can change your choice at any time from within the consent options. Refusing consent means ads will be non-personalised.

US state privacy rights: where applicable US state privacy laws apply, ad partners honour the choices presented in the in-app privacy options.

You can also reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising).

Data the developer holds

None. The developer operates no servers for Gravitile, receives no personal data from the app, and cannot identify individual players. Best scores, progress, and preferences are stored on your device and may sync between your devices via your own iCloud account; that data belongs to your Apple account and is not accessible to the developer. Anonymous play counters used to improve the game are stored on your device only and never leave it. Deleting the app removes its data from the device (synced records remain in your iCloud until removed).

Children

Gravitile is a general-audience game and is not directed at children. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children; advertising is configured accordingly through Google AdMob's tools. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the advertising services, please contact the advertising provider via the links above, or contact the developer.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes (for example, if new features or ad providers are added), the updated version will be posted at this address with a revised effective date.
